What Will You Accomplish in the 90-day Fast Track Program?
By the end of Module One you will understand how to position yourself as a credible expert who can successfully compete with the industry leaders in your arena. You will have a working understanding of what is needed for your online presence and how to build a tribe of fans, followers and buyers. You will learn how to hyperlink within emails, blogs, PDFs and websites. You will gain clarity about your brand and begin preparing a plan of action to launch your brand with an ebook. You will assemble essential elements needed to publish your website, which you will utilize in Module Two when you launch your expert website. You will prepare your first auto-responder email campaign by engaging new subscribers with a Value Offer Loop.
By the end of Module Two you will have a professional, modern, search engine optimized, responsive website that positions you as a credible expert. Your website will be live online with a blog, an opt-in to build your database, and will be integrated to your CRM (which houses your database and allows you to do auto-responder email campaigns). Your brand will have a professional logo and letterhead. Your ebook will have been outlined and you will have performed a competitive analysis of the top four experts in your arena.
By the end of Module Three you will have activated accounts needed for social media, teleseminars, videos, surveys and CRM. You will have produced two versions of your ebook cover. You will have created a survey to gather testimonials and critical customer data for your ebook. You will know how to screen share, take screenshots, and publish videos to social media.
By the end of Module Four you will understand how to produce and split test landing pages. You will have completed the first half of your ebook and outlined an email launch campaign for it. You will have created a social media marketing campaign for the launch of your ebook. You will have produced a video interview of yourself speaking on the topic of your book and posted it on social media. You will know how to search engine optimize your website and blog with metadata and keywords. You will have completed a Product Matrix for your brand and devised an Ascension Model for your product suite to create a financially lucrative passive income.
By the end of Module Five you will have completed your ebook. You will have produced an automated sequence of book bonuses to list build and upsell. You will have begun early promotion of your ebook on your website, blog and in social media. You will have launched a social media poll/ contest. You will have begun the implementation of your email campaign and created high converting sales copy for your book, teleseminar, webinar, and coaching product/ membership program.
By the end of Module Six you will have formatted your ebook for e-readers and created a landing page, with video, for your ebook’s release. You will have published landing pages with videos for your teleseminar, webinar and your coaching product/ membership program. You will have integrated merchant services and CRM with your landing pages so that you can take online payments. You will have sent an email newsletter to your subscribers. You will have added video to your website, and snippets from your new book as blog posts.
By the end of Module Seven you will have published your ebook on Amazon and initiated the social media and email marketing campaigns to make it a bestseller. You will have increased your blogging and social media automation to the level online professionals implement for a profitable business. You will have completed the business formation documents to register your business or nonprofit. You will have set up an accounting system and bank accounts for your new entity.
By the end of Module Eight you will have given a speech before a live audience utilizing visual presentation software. You will understand how to film tutorials and create video products that record your computer screen. You will have begun the promotion for your teleseminar and have an online vehicle for accepting registrations. You will understand how to use graphic design software to produce worksheets, banner ads, mastheads and more. You will know how to convert documents and images to PDF and JPEG files. You will have outlined the content for your teleseminar, webinar and high ticket coaching product or membership program.
By the end of Module Nine you will have produced a teleseminar, including a live Q&A. You will have recorded the teleseminar and sent out playback links to everyone who registered. You will have offered a paid webinar series and sold the webinar product to your teleseminar attendees. You will have implemented a system to automatically process recurring payments for your products and services.
By the end of Module 10 you will have produced your first webinar, interacted with attendees in the chat bar and recorded the webinar. You will have sent out playback links to everyone who registered and teed up the audience for your next paid offer.
By the end of Module 11 you will have produced Part Two of your paid webinar series, ramped up your social media strategy and increased your expert positioning through search engine optimized blogging. You will have garnered glowing reviews on Amazon for your ebook and be teed up to present your high ticket coaching product or membership program.
By the end of Module 12 you will have produced Part Three of your paid webinar series and converted into a high ticket coaching product or membership program. You will have analyzed the results of the traffic to your website and the split testing of your landing pages. You will have built an online portal to house your intellectual property and launched your high ticket coaching or membership program. You will have outlined a funnel filling advertising or pay per click strategy to continue to grow your brand and business.
