I understand that my contest registration fee is fully refundable. I also understand that I have to implement the Quick Start Coaching System, and provide proof of my results, in order to be eligible to win the contest and receive a full refund of my contest registration fee. I understand that if I do not do this, I will not receive a refund of my contest registration fee. 

I understand that my answers on the survey at the conclusion of the contest will be used by KBA to determine the winners, and may be used by KBA for testimonial purposes without renumeration.
