Follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Try logging in at www.kingdombuilders.academy/login
2. Important: You must use the same email address you originally registered with. If it’s not working, try other email addresses that you might have used.
3. Double check for typos in your email or password including caps.
4. Are you using the right password?  If you need to reset your password or don’t remember your password, click on “forgot password” to reset your password.

If you still can’t log in, please email [email protected] and put “Login Troubleshoot Failed” in the subject line for help.

To update your password, go to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Please email [email protected] and we’ll be happy to change it for you.  Remember, after we change it you will not be able to log in with your prior email address, but will have to use your updated email address to log in.

No problem at all—we understand that life happens! Please contact your Student Success Manager (SSM) as soon as possible to discuss your situation and the estimated time you’ll need. They’ll work with you to find the best way to navigate the program during this time of your life. Be sure to reach out promptly, as we’re unable to make changes retroactively for unused time in the program.

Login to the KBA website at www.kingdombuilders.academy/login, click YOUR LIBRARY at the top of the screen, then scroll to the ISOM products. You’ll find the links to view the study guides and take the quizzes below the video for each lesson.

No homework is required for the ISOM classes.  Homework, or implementation steps to take for the KBA levels, will be outlined for you inside of each lesson’s study guide.

The core KBA and ISOM Curriculum include 60 of 120 hours towards your Bachelor's Degree + all of the necessary hours for your Master's. 

In order to receive credit for the additional 60 Associate Credit Hours towards your Bachelor's Degree, you have two options: 

Option 1: You can transfer in previously earned college credit if you have any. ($100 Administrative Fee)

Option 2: You can complete the ISOM Associate Degree Program. (No Additional Charge)

If you’d like to skip the Bachelor degree and only get your Master’s, you will still need to complete all six levels of KBA and ISOM but you won’t need to apply for your Bachelor’s degree.

Since you will be learning the skills and doing the work we encourage you to apply for your Bachelor’s degree anyway. Having several Bachelor’s degrees can have many benefits such as:

• A broader range of skills can make you more versatile in the job market
• You may qualify for a wider variety of roles in different industries by having expertise in multiple fields
• Personal growth 
• Intellectually rewarding
• Additional educational credentials for greater potential career opportunities

You can track your own progress by downloading the checklist at the beginning of each level. Check off each class as you complete it and record your grades.  

When you have completed KBA Levels 1-3 and ISOM Trimesters 1-3, please email [email protected] to let us know.  We’ll double check for any missing quizzes or low grades and give you the chance to complete them before applying for your Bachelor’s degree.  

Likewise, after completing KBA Levels 4-6 and ISOM Trimesters 4-6, please email [email protected] to let us know.  We’ll double check for any missing quizzes or low grades and give you the chance to complete them before applying for your Master’s degree. 

You will need a 70% or higher grade for each course.  Some of your quizzes might be lower but if the average for all your quizzes in a course equal 70% or higher, you will pass.  You will have 3 opportunities to take each quiz if you would like to try to increase your grade.

Students begin their studies by completing 1 KBA class and 1 ISOM (International School of Ministry) class per week. By taking 1 KBA class and 1 ISOM class per week, and completing the simple quizzes after each class, you will be on track to earn your Bachelors Degree at the end of Year 1, and your Masters Degree at the end of Year 2. 

Your degrees will be issued by Vision International University, an internationally accredited institution. Kingdom Builders Academy has an Articulation Agreement with VIU, meaning the core KBA and ISOM curriculum has been reviewed and approved for transferability and advanced standing credits for purposes of admission to Vision International University.

In the last few months of your second year, students will enroll with VIU (at no additional cost) to complete their studies and graduate.

Yes, Vision International University, where your degrees will be issued from, holds International Accreditation from ASIC (Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges and Universities), which is government-recognized in the United Kingdom.

Just jump back in where you left off, or back up a bit for a refresher. The good news is that you are never truly behind because this is a self-paced program. If you are in the Double Degree Program you have lifetime access to the curriculum.  You can restart any level at any time!

No problem!  Work with your Student Success Manager to determine if you need to tweak your niche, your avatar or your messaging.  Although having paying clients is not required to advance to the next level, if you want a thriving business along with your degrees, spending some extra time in Level 1, if needed, is a good idea. If you are primarily interested in learning new skills and earning your degrees without signing up paying clients, you can simply move on after completing Level 1.

After you have gotten crystal clear on your avatar and messaging, are committed to your niche and preferably have gotten proof of concept with paying clients, we’ll build you a beautiful website in Level 3.

We recommend all students start with Level 1 to get clarity on their niche, avatar and messaging, as well as to get proof of concept with paying clients.  The foundational work that will be done in this level is needed to successfully build upon in future levels.

After completing Level 1, you may take any of the levels in any order that you like.  We would recommend Level 2 for Social Media or Level 5 for Stages as your next level to start building your audience.  But if you are primarily interested in writing and publishing a book then check out Level 6.

You can go in any order, however, if you are in the Double Degree Program, remember that all levels are required to get your Masters degree and Levels 1-3 are specifically required to get your Bachelors degree. 

Level 2 is the foundation of utilizing Facebook as a client acquisition funnel. EVERYTHING you do on social media is built on Level 2 principles. Level 4 builds on what you learned in Level 2 plus you learn about hiring a virtual assistant.

On the KBA website, click on the KBA DREAM TEAMS + MASTERCLASS LIBRARY  link at the top of your screen.  On the right sidebar you’ll find the Dream Team schedule and the link to join any of the teams.

Although we’d love to see you reconsider that since coaching is one of the best ways to make an impact in the lives of others, have a great work/life balance and make a terrific income… If you truly don’t want to, that’s okay.  You are not required to build a coaching business unless you want to. You can simply complete the modules without implementing the steps needed to successfully launch a coaching practice. You will still learn valuable business skills including marketing, copywriting, sales, publishing and more.

KBA provides business owners and professionals with the skills needed to grow professionally, or build a successful business / ministry. Even if you choose not to coach, the skills you develop while learning about branding, speaking, writing, social media and more will benefit you in any business or nonprofit endeavor.

Counseling often goes back to your past to find the root cause of your problems whereas coaching generally looks ahead.  Coaching is about finding the way forward.  Coaching helps people identify the actions to take and provides the accountability needed to achieve their goals.

1-on-1 coaching is meeting with one client at a time privately.  This is a great way to start if you are new to coaching or have recently changed niches because you will learn so much!  After working with several clients 1-on-1, you’ll know the most common questions and obstacles they have.  You’ll have practiced your teaching points and know what clients resonate with the most. 

When you’re ready to increase your impact by reaching even more people and working as efficiently as possible, you can transition to group coaching, where all your clients join you in one meeting.

When we have coaching positions open we make an announcement on Power Up, and everyone interested in applying is given an opportunity to do so.

You can’t add a button in Facebook but you can add a button graphic to your Facebook banner design in Canva.  Adding a button will prompt people to click on the button / banner and will take them to the description of that post where you can provide more information. 

We recommend using your personal profile as it gets better reach and better conversations.

No, you should not start a new Facebook profile.  A new profile has limited reach and could take 2-3 months for the algorithm to trust and learn this new user.

A Facebook group will double your work and time on social media, so we don’t recommend a group until you have reached at least $10k/mth consistently.  Use your personal profile instead.

Your banner should clearly say who you help and how you help them.  It’s a shorter version of your transformational message that uses bullet points with “POWER WORDS” instead of complete sentences.  The purpose of your banner is to attract your ideal client. Don’t forget to add your name and photo to your banner. Adding Call to Action (CTA) such as “Download my new ebook” or “Book a FREE Strategy Session with me” is also a good idea.

When you have reached the Level 4 training we recommend you use a lead magnet for Facebook that would include an in-depth walkthrough of your entire program. This would allow potential clients to choose to implement your system on their own, or make the decision to work with you to do it with them or for them.
